I am reaching out today, in the middle of this new coronavirus reality and world turned upside-down, to share some words of encouragement.

Have you ever heard that saying, “I can’t be there in person, but I will be with you in spirit“?

Today, it takes on a whole new meaning. I am with you in spirit.

I am heart-felt reaching out to let you know – I am with you in spirit.

We are offered a way to deepen our relationships with one another.

When you find yourself needing to comfort a loved one, or you need to encourage yourself, I am sharing H.O.P.E. – Helping Others with Praise and Encouragement.

How does it feel to lose a loved one, and you are unable to be with them?

No, I do not have an answer. But, I’d like to offer this. Gather, quiet your spirits – you, and/or your family. Comfort one another. Especially if you are alone, breathe, breathe, breathe at a steady pace. Visualize that loved person, whisper to them – or to yourself – comforting words as many times throughout the day as you want and need to. Give them (give you) hope, assure them that you are with them.

Most importantly, take care of your spirit as you go through these days. For some, these are the hardest ones of our life.

Helping Others with Praise and Encouragement. Helping Ourselves with Praise and Encouragement.

I am with you in spirit. ????????
