“Can we love ourselves the way we love others?”
One of the many questions shared between Miriam Sutton (Cohort 29) and Brandon Hutchinson (Cohort 17), in connection “as CLP alums and sisters in culture.” A courageous conversation and self-reflection on fear, vulnerability, and living out childhood dreams.
“I had to make a decision to shift into courage… how many times have I done this already, and not taken the time to pause for the whispers?”
“The stillness said, ‘you will not do it again’… I could’ve given it away, and shut myself out again and let that little girl dreaming just sit there and watch me pass her by again.”

Great dialogue! There were a few things that resonated with me, one being – allowing fear to prevent me from showing up in certain spaces as myself/being able to be vulnerable.
Another statement that stood out to me for someone else and I’d like to ask them this for that person to reflect on, which is “how can be to yourself what you are to the community?”…
Overall, I very much enjoyed this conversation… Great job ????????
Holly thank you so much for sharing your thoughts. I hear that question so loud and clear. I appreciate your encouragement!
I am so proud of you and your obedience. Watching your growth and your willingness to be still and truly listen to God is inspiring. Everything you pour into the community comes from a place within, and it’s evident that the blessings flow from that inner work. You are truly blessed, and God is clearly moving through you. I can’t wait to see what He does next through your life and this podcast. Well done!
